Frozen II is Disney at its design best
By: Sarah Phillips
Frozen II came out on November 21 and has been much anticipated since the first Frozen came out in 2013. It has been taking the nation by storm, and the sequel has been living up to the build up these past six years.
In Frozen II, Elsa and her sister Anna embark on an adventure far away from the kingdom of Arendelle. They are joined by the previous loved characters, Kristoff, Olaf, and Sven. For the majority of the time, Elsa split from the rest of the characters, kind of similar to the first movie.
Overall, I think this movie was so fun to watch for all ages, from little kids to adults, because of a great soundtrack (although none tops the catchiness of “Let It Go”) and the small jokes scattered throughout the movie. Frozen II was amazing when it came to animation and attention to detail.
The past couple of movies from Disney have progressively gotten better and better when it comes to artistic design, and this is Disney’s best work, as some screenshots of the movie have shown.
In my opinion, I do not think Frozen II is necessarily better than the first; however, the soundtrack in Frozen II does a much better job at storytelling throughout the movie. It was a great movie to continue the story of Frozen.
